Neal Tourdo came to the firm as Senior Vice President, National Sales Director with over 17 years of experience in gathering assets and building sales forces within the financial services industry.
Neal is responsible for building assets for the firm via our Large Cap Growth, SMID Cap Growth, Core Equity, and Core Plus products. As Mastrapasqua Asset Management approaches $1 billion in assets under management, Neal will begin the process of adding sales representatives to the firm to lead us steadily toward our goal of $5 and then $10 billion in assets.
Neal graduated from University of New Orleans with a Bachelors of Science before starting his career with Merrill Lynch. Most recently, Neal joined us from the Russell Investment Group (formerly Frank Russell Company) where he was a Regional Director; net cash flow increased 67% from approximately $90 million to over $150 million in one year. When Neal became National Account Manager at the Russell Investment Group; Russell increased from the #34 fund family to #3 in two years. Also, net cash flow increased from approximately $30 million per year to $425 million per year in two years. Neal also spent time as the Vice President, National Sales Director at Eagle Asset Management/Raymond James Financial, where he increased the market share from 12% to over 25% in six months. Additionally, he served as Vice President, Director of Sales and Marketing at Pritchard, Hubble & Herr, Inc., Neal was responsible for growing assets from approximately $120 million to approximately $700 million in the high net worth marketplace.
