With over ten years of customer service experience, Ms. Kaercher helps design and update marketing materials and client portfolio’s, choreograph client meetings and sponsored events, as well as maintain current quarterly guideline audits and performance information.

Ms. Kaercher graduated from Texas State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and History and a minor in Comparative Religion. She returned to Texas State University where she completed a Master of Arts in Literature in 2008
